Tried multiple times to scan an item for purchase but the app keeps shutting g down. Please fix this app

I purchased books using one of their coupons in the app and it took a month before I was able to request the money to be refunded to me. They then require you to request a check sent to your home address to get the money. Now that request is being processed and delayed again. Just a heads up, don’t expect to get your money back in a quick turn around. It will take over a month and a half I expect before I am finally paid for using their own coupons. I will be deleting the app after I finally get my money, not worth the time or hastle.

Am trying to contact DealOz. I like using the site and app. I have used the site for close to a year. I still get emails from them regarding price searches. Last week I was flagged cause of automated queries. I don’t even know how that’s done. This week I get a Forbidden 403 error. I can’t load the support page, any page.
