But, the most important thing about this app is the customer service team. They are all extremely nice and open to suggestions. You can really talk to them. It’s a total scam. I think they have people working for the company that place bids to make the price go up. I was bidding on two different items and I lost so I gave up I wasn’t gonna waste anymore bids on it. I know for fact that I didn’t when the items become I was over bided. Then the next thing I know I am being asked to pay for the item I won, but I didn’t when anything. It’s almost as it a worker won the item and because no one bided after he or she won then tried to push it back on me. This is not worth the time or money also another thing to point out that it might be a scam... eBay doesn’t charge you to place a bid this site does. I do not recommend this site or app to anyone unless you want to lose lots of money and win nothing and a price you would want it at .

The fact that I spent 3 days bidding on one item and I lost it . The fact that item was sold for a price higher than the market price means this app is a big waste of money and time and it will not succeed at all .

I have been using this app for over a year, what I have seen during that time has caused me to uninstall. I am not sure if they have employees participating or there are people out in the world that are truly that dumb. For instance, a 300 bid pack..why on earth would someone use 1100 bids, even with buy it now? The buy it now price is sky high so it makes no sense. There are numerous users on this app that bid as if they have an endless amount of money. Also most “legit” people turn around and sell these products on eBay! Bartonbraden is one. I have proven this to DealDash and the same users continue to win. The jewelry is costume..not worth any more than $10, always no name brand items with jacked up prices. Even the name brand items such as PlayStation have unreal retail prices. Deal dash also picks and chooses who gets certain items to bid on. As someone who has wasted a ton of money on this site, I am informing you that you will certainly NOT get a DEAL!!! If you do choose to use the app watch out for Uncle Tan, boyoreo, ohioboy and Fantasysport, those are just a handful of the “bidders” that over bid and make this app not worth your time. Save your money and go to a store and buy what you want. This site is a rip off and not worth the frustration. Deal dash customer service pretends to care about the real and apparent issues at hand but in all reality they are a business and wasting your hard earned money for absolutely nothing makes them money so they allow the nasty greedy people on here to benefit.
