Happy that I can do just about anything I need to do in the app. In fact, I haven’t logged in on a desktop since the release of this app. Really happy with the functionality and the ability it provides me to do my banking.
App is great but having doubt on authenticity as it shows by vertifi software not DCU, its misleading.
Pay in full option for credit card is needed , instead of memorizing how much you owe and typing it . Other than that the app is fine easy to use .
Terrible app, nothing works on it besides being able to see balances.
Need to improve a lot! Take inspiration from other banking apps.
Of late, I am getting a weird "Authentication error". Unable to use the app. Hence I have deleted the app.
I installed this after a coworker told me how great it was. After trying to deposit a check, I removed it. It wants me to write my share number on the back of the check. What the hell is that? It wants my member number which I would think would be enough. The ATM isn't that far out of the way. Maybe when I find out my share number I'll try again
"Great app. It lets me transfer money, check my balance, and pay my bills quickly and easily. Feels safe and secure and always automatically logs me out when too much time has passed. One of the best ways for me to track my finances. Only wish that there was a way for me to sync my credit/debit card to my mobile device and the DCU app so I don't have to carry the physical cards with me."
If adding a new bill pay account it'll come back with an error. If you try click Category to bring up what is a blank list and click done, the app crashes.
Great job, developers at DCU. Please minimize the number of screen taps required to access account balances: 1) no need to show "session times out" - it's expected. just ask to sign in/touch ID again. In fact, pls ask to sign in every time automatically (when needed) when the app opens, instead of requiring to manually tap Login 2) please set the accounts tab as the landing tab. 9 out of 10 times I open the app is to check balances (not loan rates etc. etc.) the one time is probably to find an ATM - I can happily tap the screen for that :) Keep up the excellent work you are going!
