Needs a LOT MORE improvements

I love DC and very much love them since a kid. And when I heard that there is this membership, I didn’t heaitate to pay to be a member so that I can watch and rewatch mu favorite superheroes. But this app need a lot of improvement, from the mobile app to the tv app. Mobile app. 1. the app is useless whenever you’re mobile phone or tablet has no signal. What is the use of the download option if you can’t watch or read what you have downloaded ahead of schedule like when you’re in a subway or a plane. FIX THIS so that the app will be of use without a cell signal or Wi-Fi. 2. the app crashes at times whenever you are watchinf and returns from the beginning of the show. FIX THIS annoying incidents. 3. it is hars to read the comics because the fonts are too small, smaller than 4 pt I think. you have to manually zoom the letters then after that the page returns to the beginning. Also FIX THIS. We don’t have to carry magnifying glass to do this. TV app (for Fire TV) 1. the design of the tv app is lacking. It feels like it is better to use a tablet than the tv app in which one of the reasons you want to ise the tv is to see eveeything bigger but what happens is bigger but NOT better. FIX THIS. Question. Why is it that movies like Superman Returns, Man of Steel, Batman v Superman and other DC movies are not available? Hulu is more updated than you guys.

App is horrible if you want to read comics

I purchased this app in April since then it has not worked one time. I can read three to four pages and then the app crashes. I have completed all the updates still same problem. I contacted customer support their response was to uninstall and start over. I did that. The app actually works worse now. Doesn’t matter if I use my iPhone X or iPad. Constant crashes ruins any reading experience. And now I am being told they won’t refund the purchase. But I still have access until “2020”. So I can continue to have a miserable experience for another 9 months.

The shows and comics aside, this app is terrible. It runs awfully, if you let episodes autoplay it will sometimes skip past entire episodes. It glitches out and needs to be rebooted OFTEN, you cant easily access shows you're already watching without navigating multiple tabs or going back into the show’s menu every time. It wont auto-queue up the next episode if you have only seconds left in the previous one like many other services do. The comic reader will sometimes display panels in the wrong order if you're using the panel by panel feature. The shows are also not really high enough production or quality to merit being on their own, semi expensive, streaming service. Really should just be an add-on for Hulu or something.

I really love all the content that this platform has to offer. If you are like me and love to binge superhero comics and tv shows, you will never run out of things to do on this app. However, the bugginess of this app and the constant crashing wears upon my nerves. I appreciate and notice all the progress made, but there is still much that needs fixing. Thank you.

The app crashes at least three times for each issue I'm somehow able to get through. As for the content, I have zero complaints aside from rarely being able to access it. I bought a year-long subscription and I can almost never use it because the app is so poorly constructed. At this rate, I won't be resubscribing because the shows hold little interest for me. I want the comics, and sadly those are the least usable part of the app.

I would of given 5 stars but heard that Swamp thing season 2 got cancelled. How dumb could you be. Should of given lower stars but ya got lucky I enjoyed the first season.

Has great content but I can’t seem to get it on my big screen tv. So all I can do is watch it on my computer or my iPad (or cellphone) which makes the experience somewhat less than it might be.

DC Universe is awesome!

Some folks have criticized the DC Universe service, but I’ve enjoyed having it since it launched. You have access to stream just about every animated series DC has done, most of the animated and live action movies, many of the non-Arrowverse live action series, new series, and SOOOOO many comics to read anytime ya want! It’s more than worth it in my opinion.

I really enjoy the movies and series on this app, especially DC animated features. If you love DC comics and their animated films and series like Batman, You g Justice, Justice League or even the new stuff like Teen Titans and Swamp Thing then this app is for you
