It used to work fine, but the redesigned app is useless. It only shows stops within a block or so of where I am so I can't get info to help me decide which stop will be better for me. Can't find a way to favorite multiple route so that I can tap that to look at the two routes I want and decide which to take. Hate it.
Not bad, but frustrating

The other reviewers have legit complaints. It is difficult, and sometimes impossible, to get data for a given stop, and the route information is not current. However, the arrival data has been satisfactory. It is difficult to know which problems are specific to this app and which are due to the DC Metro system. I find the app useful despite these issues.
Good for a time

I just had to stop using this app today. It served me well for a while but now just can't seem to display the right times or sometimes a time will be displayed then disappear. Will definitely use this again if they can fix it but until that time ill be using another app.

Much like the magic 8ball it can be right on the money or *shake shake* try another app. I think if you use this to compare when busses actually arrive you'll see that sometimes this app gets it right. Other times you'll see busses come up that aren't scheduled to be there!!! Route 29! Holla if u hear me

It used to be the best app on the market for wmata; now it's worthless. If you're using this during rush hour, prepare to either miss a bus or wait for a half an hour. Pathetic.

This app used to be great, but for the last month it hasn't been accurate at all. Hopefully there's a helpful update soon
Used to swear by this app... Now not so much.

This used to be a great app. Was spot on with WMATA buses and about 90% accurate with Ride On buses... Now the WMATA buses are rarely accurate and the Ride On buses don't even show up. Very disappointed hope they fix it before I decide to delete it. Wish I could give it half a star.
NO BUS SCHEDULES

New version no longer has bus schedules. It just says "no nearby busses" for all buses. Please fix!

It used to work pretty well I f you knew where you're going & know the bus system. BUT the new upgrade is awful!!! Every stop indicates 'no bus nearby" even as I'm getting on the bus! Unbelievable! DO NOT DO THE UPGRADE.
