It's a good app but...
Cass-is-fab
I really think it's a helpful app but there are a lot of glitches and some features like adding contacts for a crisis don't work. I love the data collection focus and how easy it is to see things on the charts, the graphs are kind of difficult to work with (this is coming from someone with a psych degree with a focus on research and data collection interpretation). Overall I think it's a good app that could be a great app with a bit more help.
Too many glitches

This is a great app when it works. Unfortunately it will work for a week or two, but then starts crashing immediately upon opening. The only solution I've found is to delete and reinstall the app, which then deletes my diary card, and if I haven't backed up I lose all my data.
Need a trial option first

I did not appreciate how this app was set up. Poor interface. Hard to figure out how to use. Pointless and/or difficult to apply Dbt. I wish I could get my money back! They should really offer a trial version before you buy.

Why can't I delete notes? This used to be an option and is suddenly gone with the latest update. :/

I can't even use the app! When I open it it's zoomed in really close and it says it's "updating" and freezes that way!!

But now I'm stuck with the zoomed in image and no way to do anything no matter how many times I delete and reinstall it. Pleas fix
Not worth it

After 2 updates I still can't use the passcode lock. I am very disappointed with this. I would recommend you don't purchase this app.

I was very excited for this app but every time I try to open it, it zooms in, says to "please wait", and never adjusts. Please fix it soon, I'd love to explore the app~*

My therapist and I both love this app, because it is customizable and easy to use. My therapist prefers the way the daily diary card is laid out. I prefer the way I can add customized DBT skills as I learn them in Group! LOVE this app! It was worth every cent and then some!
