Here's how it works:
Dblcam snaps a photo with the front-facing camera then flips to capture a shot with the back camera. The photos are immediately saved side-by-side as a single image. Boom! Your #dblcam is created and ready to share!

Pointless app

Ok, so the idea sounds cool... Unfortunately, it is NOT as fun as it sounds. I got excited because it can actually do something that no other app can do--but that's where it stops. It's function is 99.99% useless in reality. I downloaded it, played with it for a few minutes, and even kept it for a few months, hoping I could use it for AT LEAST ONE cool moment/picture for Facebook, Instagram, etc... I just haven't been able to come up with any ideas that would make it worth opening and using. Sorry for leaving you a low rating guys. It seems like you worked hard at its delivery. Your app is unique, but not fun to play with, nor useful/ideal. =\ Unless the user has a specific set of photos in mind that can ONLY be achieved by this app, this app just doesn't translate to everyday usage--and in my case, not even once in the few months I've owned it. Tonight, I will be deleting the app, with regrets of buying it. =( P.S. On a side note: I emailed the company when I bought it a few months ago. I never got a reply back.

I loved this App when it first came out but saw JR needed a few tweaks as mentioned in other comments. I figure with each iOS update those would’ve been addressed but instead the app is now dormant on my iPhone 11. Developers don’t abandon this is was a great concept.

not what I expected

I was looking for a picstitch type app. you can't access your photos to make new prints. & if you do try to use the app the way it's intended, the camera takes the photos too fast. there's no way to save one or the other. if you mess up you have to start over from the beginning. the app could be greatly improved if there were options to make prints using existing photos.

Very cool idea for an app! I plan to use this more often! The only suggestions I have are to make the images square to be more instagram friendly, and to be able to view through both lenses at the same time when taking the picture. Right now I can only figure out how to see one side at a time. Thanks for the free app!

Super unique photo app! With so many photo app options, this one is a real winner! It allows for so much creativity and is perfect for Instagram! Love it!

App does not work properly. Inconsistent between front and back camera. I have to exit the app between shots for it to record both. :(

The kerning on the icon could use some work. There's lots more negative space between C & A than between A & M. I'd worry more about fixing that then aligning the B and A together.
