Crashes CONSTANTLY

The app crashes constantly. I start working on a piece and it crashes. It doesn’t turn when I turn my device. Nothing seems to work. My daughter has the same app and has no issues at all. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Didn’t fix it. Updated my device didn’t fix it. VERY FRUSTRATING since I was really looking forward to this app with my new device. Would appreciate if something could be done! It’s really upsetting since each time I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled I’ve lots all the work I’ve already done and to start over again!
Bug fixes?!

Why do the bug fixes seem to cause bigger problems? Except with the excessive ads, of course. Keeps crashing a few seconds in to opening and sometimes the ads won’t close. Not the first time this has happened. ?

I love this game, I can’t stop playing it. It calms me down and it’s so relaxing and satisfying. I just wish the ads were gone. Please make it less ads. There are 2-3 ads per picture. 2. When I start a picture, every 15 seconds it kicks me out of the game, so when I get back in the game I have to watch a 30 second ad. So I am getting about 10-15 ads per picture. Please fix these things and it would be a PERFECT game! Thank you

Was a 4 star game since the ads are way too frequent. The ads are annoying since you have to watch one after every single coloring page. But since the update the game shuts down periodically and often. So every time you go back into the game, you have to watch another ad to continue the same page you had just watched an ad to initially get onto. Very aggravating since the update.

I love this game so much. Got on it today and it said there was an update so I did it. Now it keeps closing every minute or two I’m on it. I re open and same thing-it closes
