Map clock only advances when I’m in the map
Not to exceed 6000 characters
Installed around 2pm on Oct 29. Map showed the sun just west of Peru. At 10 pm the sun hadn’t moved and the clock was a little past the time I installed it. This morning the map still is on Oct 29, the sun hasn’t moved, and the clock progresses only by the amount of time I’m in the map. Deleting the app.

When I tried landscape view, this new update shows the map with Sun and Moon as before. Will you please add NEW MOON TIME in Hours & MINUTES in your forthcoming update. Continue your success, Thanks Thank you for your efforts in continuing updates, however in you latest update Sun & Moon positions over the map in landscape view NO MORE SEEN, they are completely deleted, please try in your coming update make Sun and Moon positions over the map view available again. Best regards Great Thanks for this update, now positions of the Sun and Moon are displayed on the Map; however NEW MOON TIME in Hours & Minutes still not done, beside the current Moon Rise & Moon set Times, so this app will deserve 5 Stars in my opinion. This app has further improved since 1.4.0 Most of the kinks are worked-out, though the UI design could use a little work. The new icon still looks terrible though, it'd be great to switch back to the old icon, minus the iOS 6 Style Gloss on the top. // Before the 1.4.0 Update // Fantastic and Educational! I've been using this app since 2013, and I can say that this app is very educational and handy dandy if you like keeping track of where the sun is over the course of a year. And the $1.99 upgrade is definitely worth it... As it makes this app useful in tracking down solar eclipses.

and a valuable tool for tracking the state of light anywhere around the world - especially critical for traveling photographers. Most of all, I just find it a beautiful reference tool. Wall mounted units with less utility have sold for thousands of dollars for several decades. I could never afford a wall unit, but now I have Say and Night!
