It’s a fun game but gets insanely boring. The amount of gems needed to upgrade is wicked high. Buying more is pointless because you spend them quickly trying to upgrade so you can continue to play! Please lower the gem costs!

Great Structure! I wish there was more to it. I like how you can control your troops. Tho, I wish you could have a base be attacked. Over all great concept.

I would give the game a 5 star but I have to force close the game because after several minutes (it varies) item in my city becomes unresponsive. won’t respond to my touches. It has happened during battle and that is annoying.

This game does have in app purchases, as all mobile games do, but you don't have to spend $1.00 if you're a little patient. It's not a sprint it's a marathon! I have tried other games like Game of Thrones conquest, Vikings, pirates of the Caribbean and they are nothing compared to this game. This game surprised me with the way your kingdom looks (graphics), actually being able to notice a physical change in your buildings from one lvl to the next (which I love). Every few levels your troops armour, helm or face paint will change as well and you get to control them on the battlefield. The whole Titan idea struck me also I thought that is a great addition and it is. There are also many chances to get the gems needed if you want to speed up building process, refill food, gold or if you just want to buy a Titan or relic! By opening the app everyday you get items plus once you join an alliance you have competitions where you can win gems, Titans and relics and you don't even have to play for hours! I play a little at a time which is all you really need. I suggest trying this game out you will definitely agree. So far nothing bad other than the ridiculously powerful players in lower leagues I think that should be changed. But even then they don't harass the lower level players so that surprised me also. I was harassed by another player not sure if anything was ever done about it. Probably not she or he just moved up a league. That is my main gripe.

I played this game for 2 years, let me tell you one thing, worst game support ever. Servers are flooded with hackers. In addition, there are moderators inside the game, or in line app, your current alliance, who encourage you to spend more money and finish expensive events so they get free ride. Free gems and items are given to those who satisfy developers, depending on how much they manage to promote the game (fill developers pocket). Hackers one side and mods on the other side and you will be in the middle. You won’t get to choose skills for your expensive titans but it’s accessible to some players. Dot is a broken game. Dot is not a fair game. Read the license agreement, specifically parts 5 and 6. In dot nothing is free, in dot nothing belongs to you. Don’t waste your time and money. Game had potential, good graphics and gameplay (imbalance) but didn’t happen in past 2 years.

*Update* After playing this game for a year and a half... I have spent about a $100 total, but I haven’t spent any money on the game in the last 9 months. I still receive the good rewards, and get about $10-$50 worth of gems, titans, and items every week. I have since found other active teams with a good social aspect. It is very hard to start out on this game without wanting to spend money because you see people’s kingdoms that have been playing for a year and you want to catch up to them. My advice to that is to try and stay in the Bronze league, and keep building up, Also there is a great need for a maxed out titan in this game to be competitive, so people that are starting out will have a hard time getting a 3 or 4 star titan to drop... I’d just spend the 2,000 gems for a guaranteed 2* titan and work on maxing it out while you’re building up your kingdom. Bottom line... If you like the game, stick it out, work on your titan, and try to find a good team. It is a cash grab, but it doesn’t have to be. You can do it without spending any money. Just keep doing the daily objectives for the gems and save them up for a week! That adds up to 2500 gems

I’ve been playing this as F2P for a bit now and I enjoy it. The battles are well balanced so far. The P2W/F2P gap isn’t as huge as other games. The battles are fun and strategy is needed (the auto-direct is pretty good if you’re lazy, like me). The storyline is cool and the graphics are great. One of the things that sets this game apart from other generic castle builders like GoT is balance. I’ve been playing for a while now and the difference between free and pay isn’t negatively affecting gameplay. I can still acquire what I need without paying (it does take a lot longer, but not everything is free in life). I feel like I’m at a beginning to mid point in the game so far. I’ll update the review as I go along. So far I dig it.

I played the game for months on end. I break my phone and get a new one, but can’t recover my account because they have no way to Retrieve accounts????
