Pros: - The user interface behaves well when moving from mobile/portrait view to master/landscape view (i.e. turn the phone on its side). The app behaves very much like the web interface. - For the most part, the app works as expected, but it can be finicky. Cons: - The app does sync when the app is open/active/in-use, but it does NOT do so in the background like an email app when the app is not active or in-use. This is a BIG con if you are an avid flier. The data should update in the background like a mail app and be pushed directly to the app. - When navigating from a dashboard to a drill-down dashboard, the current time navigation selection from the main/parent dashboard seems to be overwritten by the drilldown dashboard's default time selection. Yes, my dashboards are set up correctly to send the time navigation selection as a parameter from the main/parent dashboard to the drilldown/child dashboard. - From time to time during a data sync, some dashboard data does not seem to completely download, leaving you with empty dashboard tiles, score cards, and charts. The work-around for me has been to clear all cached data and re-sync. Again, this is an issue if you expect to look at it while on a plane in airplane mode, and you can't refresh.

Account MGMT and access =buggy. --Had to delete and re-add several accounts. Could be related to an active directory syncing issue. -with new login and password, sometimes it still wouldn't connect, without the deleting and re-adding an account still again. -App would suddenly close when you clicked on a dashboard , and that fairly often. One Workaround wound up being creating an account that several people used. (not ideal). Chrome issues as well (I know that's not an app issue). In Safari, responses very slow.(I know that's not an app issue) Hopefully better days coming.
