DataCare provides many features as following:
1. Data usage chart: You can analysis data usage in different view: daily, weekly, period (period data plans).
2. Geolocation data usage: Recording data usage and geolocation data to help you review data usage in map. DataCare will apply background location tracing, in default, you can turn-off it in *Settings*.
3. Multiple data plans: You can create many data plans while keeping original data plans. For example, setup new data plans for your vacation.
4. Usage prediction: According to current data usage, it calculates the possibility of exceeding data plan. You could arrange the daily wireless data usage carefully before the next billing cycle.
5. Account management: a simple account management tool to store your WiFi account and password.
DataCare will track your location in background, it dramatically decreases your battery life, you can turn-off/(on) this functionality with *Settings* => *Trace location in background*.
*Continued use of GPS running in the background could dramatically decrease battery life.

Unsupported App, But Otherwise Not Bad

Tried using this app and found it to be pretty good. But, when I tried a couple of times reach the developer with questions I got no response. I checked the website and it’s look like it has beed abandoned since around 2015 or so. Use it for what it’s worth if you need it.

That pretty much sums it up. There are not enough settings to use with any kind of accuracy. I think I would like it if you added some more details: Oh! And maybe some directions for use. Thanks tho

Works as described. For those of you who don't think there is a help menu, there is one located in the section where you set up your Data Plan, but other than that, there is no other help menu. Notes of improvement: The App should either notify you when you have reached your limit and/or turn off your cellular connection when the limit has been reached. The Summary page does not update as quickly as the Graph page.

Although, I have no way to tell how accurate this app is it measures your wifi and cell data use and presents the results in a concise, readable summary.
