The quizzes are helpful with learning. I enjoy the app. Easy to use; anytime I have a break I can learn. Thanks!
Great app. I really enjoy the examples and the presentation. The pace is great for me as a beginner.
I’ve gone to a lot of apps and videos to try to learn python and this app was the easiest to use and understand for sure. It covers pretty much everything you need for basic coding and it’s free too. It really is the whole package.
This app makes learning fun, interesting and easy. I really recommend it to anyone interested in learning Data science related skills.
Easiest explanation for basics of a programming language—especially if you learn well by doing rather than just reading. Clearly explains capabilities and how to use them (e.g. arrays, slice, splice, math operations, basic patterns for OOP and top down design). Also impressed with the subtle humor included in some questions. Will review desktop lessons to see how they compare to popular video platforms like Pluralsight, edX, etc. in the future.
Hello DataCamp, you guys are doing a wonderful job in teaching people how to code but force them to use the app instead of the website is completely mad. I have many complaints about the app, and the following would be: a) Why doesn’t the app go in landscape orientation ? It is always in portrait mode. b) I can not search for the courses? Why I can not search for courses, I just do not get it? People come to DataCamp because of the wealth of knowledge that resides in your courses. If I can not search for courses, what s the point of buying a subscription? c) The progress doesn’t sync across all devices, why ? So if I work for 4 hours in office and then what to continue where I left off, on my ipad , it does not even show the course and then I can not even search for the course. Please make these improvements on your app ASAP or do not force people to use the app instead of the website. — Concerned User
