Georgia recently passed a distracted driver law; you can no longer even be holding your phone while you drive. I picked up a dash mount and figured I may as well use my phone as a DashCam. I downloaded this thinking there would be in-app purchases for extra features. Nope - it’s a full-fledged DashCam app for free. I’ve been using it for about a week and I’m very pleased so far. I was also pleasantly surprised that I can still play music from my phone while recording.

Good app. Simple to use. Works well. But, where's the option to transfer videos to PC. Only option is to upload to Youtube which takes forever even with fast WIFI. What's the point of recording videos if you can't save it? “Save to file” takes me to next screen with the options to choose iCloud or on my iPhone. When I tap on my iphone, nothing happens.

Good app and gets the job done. Perfect for my needs and the video quality is good. It’s very convenient that the app asks you if you would like to delete or store the recording when you stop recording. No point in storing it permanently if an incident doesn’t happen. Thank you for your work on this app. I’m using it on my daily commute to and from work. My area is super congested and the drivers are aggressive.

I really want to like this app. It does everything I want. Records HD with overlays, takes snap shots, has GOS and speed data. I have one major issue though, and that is every time I trying and share the video the app either crashes or the upload fails. It doesn’t matter if it is YouTube, iCloud, Dropbox, Google drive, none of them work. The whole purpose for something like this is to be able to use the video of there is an issue. Just today I needed the license plate out of a video from this app, but I was unable to share it anywhere or even save it to my phone. Want to love it, but the functionality is severely broken, defeating the purpose of the app.

I would love to turn the speed recording off so that my speed isn’t shown on the video. My employer and insurance company discredit the video if it shows me above the limit, despite it being others fault. Is there a way? Also, I have the map turned off during recording but it shows up on the video anyway. I use this app in landscape mode to capture the lanes on either side of me. The speed and map displays shows up and block the entire right hand of the screen from view on the recording. It would work best for me if they weren’t there at all but if they need to be the top left and top right corners are useless information typically in the video recording and would be an ideal place for them. Stoplights are top center and the entire bottom of the screen is useful for viewing lane changes.

The first two time using the app I was very impressed. I drive over 500 miles each month so I thought this would be great to protect me I. case of an accident. While using the app and having the charging cord plugged in, the app stopped working after a few minutes. I thought it was my phone. I restarted my phone and tried it again. Same result. I tried using the app with my phone unplugged. Same result. If the bugs were fixed, I would definitely continue using this app, until then. I can’t use it.
