Bug - iPhone 6

a certain encounter

My game is always crashing about 15 seconds and I have no way to continue because of that. I wouldn’t mind if you fix this. Thanks!

1. When I started the game I was able to customize my character it saved, then the game crashed 2. I got back on talked to the elder, and right before she gave me the sword it crashed. 3. And finally, I got the sword killed one goblin, then guess what?.... IT CRASHED. I would appreciate if you could fix this because when I tried to join a gain it would not even let me play.

I just got the game but there is a problem we’re at random times it would just crash on me which is a bummer since I like the game already

So I’ve made it far quite a few times only to hit my check points enter a shop and then have my game stop progress after I back out of said shop. I can’t tap anything or continue my run. This has happened multiple times making me end my run and lose all my progress. I love the game but those needs to be fixed, I also think that the game should be available to play offline as well it’s a major hinderance to not be able to play if I hit a little bump in my internet.

Just after creating the character I notice and issue with a slight delay then the game crashes. If I keep hitting the right side I can manage to get 29% of the first level before it crashes. It doesn’t matter if I play it on iPhone 6plus iPad Air both with os 12.2. Sadly because of the crashes I have to rate it so low. It has a nice look to it otherwiseS.

I’ve had the game for a day and I’ve already run into numerous bugs; 1) Sometimes after watching an ad, the game will stop working. The character stops moving but everything else keeps going normally. 2) The same thing had happened after fighting the goblin queen where she was stuck in her stomping animation forcing me to quit. 3) The “ember” character gave me my tutorial on how to upgrade weapons after having already progressed past the point it (probably) should have. I had already upgraded things and gone on runs. 4) Talking to the elder gave me old dialogue, then the game said “Something went wrong, restart the app”. 5) After reopening the app after it crashed, the “ember” told me I had received a gift. Afterwards I was prompted to upgrade my weapon again as if it was the tutorial again. 6) After fighting the Goblin queen, bosses move too far forward to hit me with they’re normal attacks. Even if I just stand there, they miss. I’m almost too afraid to do anything in the game because I don’t know what will break it. It could be a good game, it just needs to be fixed so that it works. That and getting an ad every time I finish a run makes me not want to go back to it. The idea of watching add for temporary power-up and chests is good. It gives a real instinctive to watch them but not after I’m already burned out from them just from playing the game. Especially if I accidentally continue a run when I meant to start a new one and I have to watch an ad just to hit save and quit. Day 2: First run I did I ran into another glitch. 7) I think the cause was leveling up when I had the mages ultimate skill active and was stuck in the super form but couldn’t attack other than using skills. Even after quitting I was still stuck in that form. 8) Afterwards I finally got my skill upgrade tutorial. 9) Sometimes things such as abilities aren’t clickable.
