Update: Devs are consistently updating app, making many improvements and I’m changing my mind. Great app getting better each update. Thank you. What was a free app with in app purchases of 5 bucks now costs $50 to own or subscription for $4 a month? No thank you. Bad move on a great app.

Good app, but going from a one time $8 payment to a $20 annual payment is pretty ridiculous. Should have at least kept it at $8 for the annual payment. You’re late to the subscription party - people have already had too much & will really have to pick & choose what apps they pay for.

Can’t give honest review until I try all features. Why not offer free 30 day trial. I don’t want to see automatically installed after 30 day period either. If your app is any good it will sell. Quit telling reviewers what you plan to do. You sound like my teenaged son. Show me the goods as the saying goes.

You guys not gonna fix the crash from your latest update? The app crashes when I import a video. I was excited for this feature :/
New IOS Update prevents Darkroom from working.
Not Happy - Rip Off
I’ve used Darkroom a lot to enhance Crime images; however, the new IOS Update is preventing it from working. Please try to solve the issue... Once fixed I’ll change to 5 Stars. Thanks.
Subscription based - I’m not a fan

The software looks promising but I deleted it after using it for about 10 minutes. To access useful features like curves, you’ll have to subscribe for a monthly fee. I’m not a fan of that model and there are plenty of editors out there you can just buy outright I don’t see a need to subscribe. The UI looks decent enough but the business model leaves a bad taste for me. So the app is deleted and I’ll vote with my wallet.
Shadow filter nothing like Apple

I am very disappointed in the darkroom shadow filter which is nowhere near the quality of the Apple camera shadow filter. I was very excited about the batch feature to be able to copy an edit to other photos which would have saved me a lot of time. The issue is once I tried the shadow filter, I can not use it due to quality. Please please please improve to implanted the Apple shadow filter quality & I will be one Very happy customer who has paid life time subscription.
