I love this game but it never have my a choice to customize my character?

Everything about the game is amazing. I love the customization because can display myself as a African American female as I am and I love that m. But, after the last eat update, the game started crashing. When I’m in team pvp suddenly everyone would freeze, and I’d lose points even though it froze. Before I’d start a brawl all of the sudden I’m looking at my home screen in confusion, and when I come back to the game, my brawl tickets are gone. Can you fix this please?

This game is very addictive and fun, but the character creation cost 1,000 gems. I was hoping it would at least be free for your first change. Or maybe you do get a free turn and my game is messed up? Please help. •UPDATE• So the day after I wrote this review I got a free customization ticket, I don’t know how or when but its cool lol! Get the game it’s awesome! 9.5/10 also I’m changing this to five stars now!

I can’t play the game for one minute after logging in without it crashing. I’ve played the game before and loved absolutely everything about it, but now it just crashes. Please fix it so I can play a level without the game crashing mid through.
