There's is no ranking in PvP so I just kept getting instantly killed by someone who was twice my level, they just need to fix that whole scaling problem along with some lagging controls and it's a good game

Game keeps crashing before I can even play it

I have been wanting to play this game for a really long time now and I just downloaded it today.After it was finished installing,I opened it and there was a blank black screen and I thought the game didn't work.I opened it a few times and I waited a while once and it loaded.After that it started downloading stuff and it took a long time for it to download,sometimes it would even crash in the process and I would have to reopen the app and start the download all over again.After that,I had to make a hive account and while I was making it,the app sometimes crashed.Once I made the account and successfully made it to the hero choose screen,it crashed and this happened a few times till I was able to choose a hero and when I was writing a nickname it crashed a lot of times as well.After I was done with the nickname and making a hero I pressed start game and once it loaded and a screen appeared,it crashed.I tried to get through this part a lot of times but it kept crashing and I couldn't get past that screen,so I finally deleted the app. I'm using a first generation iPad mini and if this is an issue with the game,I hope the devs fix it soon,and if it's a problem with my device,I hope the devs will contact me.I really want to play this game and the fact that I tried so hard to get it to work even though it was crashing a lot should be enough evidence of that.I really hope this issue gets fixed soon.
