Man, do I love this game! I've only been playing it a few minutes and I see now that this game is on the verge of becoming my all time favorite on iPad. Worth the money? I think so. The enjoyment factor alone for me is worth it to me. Thinking back, this game really reminds me of another old favorite of mine when I bought a playstation 1 many years ago, a game called Einhander. Love it you guys! Keep the updates coming.

Excellent game, worth the money! The ipad crash issue is frustrating, but i still give it 5 stars for how polished it is and how well it runs. Shmup fans will love it. This IS console quality! Now if we could only get Treasure to port their games... iOS can do it!
Screen Can't Rotate

I don't care how good the game is, because I can't play it comfortably with headphones on my iPod touch. Taito, how is it possible that you put this out at a premium price and did not include the option to rotate the screen? THIS IS NOT A SMALL DEAL. I don't play games that can't enjoy. iPods and iPhones are held differently because their headphone jacks are located in different spots. Please fix it!!!! *Update* After my rage cooled from not being able to play comfortably, I tried out the game some more. I must admit that this port is excellent! Awesome graphics, smooth controls, and excellent soundtrack. This is no low budget indie game. This is 2D bullet shooting at it's finest. Oh, and if you think the price is too steep, you can always import a copy from Japan for your PSP for about $80. As soon as Taito fixes the screen rotation problem, this will be a must have for shooter fans! Until then, consider holding off if this issue is a deal-breaker for you. 4 stars for now, 5 stars when I can play without mashing my hand against the headphone jack.

One of the best games for iOS. I'm a huge fan of the original arcade game, and this port is flawless. Love the soundtrack by Tsuchiya Shohei. The eerie effected vocals really set the mood for what is a spectacular sci-fi shoot-em-up.

But screen not Rotate! and fix more controll ! 3gs&ipad1 has not view ending video! (+not save clear data in app) come on! TITO!! Fix hurry!!

There should be screen rotation and it crashes a lot when you beat the game.

Looks great, lots of variety in levels and enemies, wonderful bosses and music. Highly recommended. EXTREMELY minor problem I think different international app stores use a different name -SP- with hyphens. The names should be the same so all show up together on Game Center.
