Great adventure! Incredible storyline with outstanding character voices, hidden object scenes with variety & teleporting map for quick travel. Looking forward to the next game in this series - Sorry to see this one end. Fellow gamers I came across a very good game by another developer, that I want to share with you - Mysteries of the Past: Shadow of the Deamon by blue brain games. Good length, Great price & looks like they will be releasing their 2nd game in October. There is no trial, but I took a chance and really enjoyed it! Map, character voices, great graphics & hidden object scenes, puzzles etc. Would like us to support this new developer. KdBoots

Question for KimTwilight: are you a writer by profession? The reason I ask is that your vocabulary, grammar, and syntax are far superior to any reviewer I have ever seen, so I figured you might be an editor, writer or professor. You write the most magnificent and in-depth reviews ever! On to the game. It was a good game but I found it somehow lacking. It didn't excite me all that much. The graphics were beautiful, but at the same time I felt that they were a bit blurry and unclear, and a bit hard on the eyes. Once again, no journal, just notes along the way. EIPIX, do you read these reviews? Older players want a journal to keep track of the storyline, even if it's simplistic! However, they do at least update you with objectives along the way. There were 3 difficulty levels, but you couldn't customize settings. Inventory was labeled and interactive and there were complex items to assemble. Loading was quick between locations and there was an in-game teleport map (marked if so chosen in your settings) to transport you. At each location you collect a cleverly hidden handbell. The HO scenes had some variation, or you could play match-3. I found the HOS boring so that was a good thing. A lot of the puzzles were of the boring rotational type but there were a few more novel ones, like driving through the labyrinth, which was fun. I found the game a little bit short, even with the bonus adventure. The only new gimmick was the watch you use to hypnotize characters, and a mini-game to go along with it. My true rating is 3.5 stars. I deducted stars for length, no journal, and too much rotational junk! But at least there were no rats, except in the HO scenes. This game just didn't inspire me or excite me as much as I would have liked. Where was the magic? Lynxie sends much ?❤️? to Dracyy, KimTwilight, Sunshine Susie and the rest of the DTE!

Only 4 stars because, once again, there are no customizable settings, i.e., Hint and Skip buttons refresh rates. ERS Studios and Elephant games both have customizable settings, as fast as 2 - 5 seconds. To me, it's just as important as teleporting maps and Hint buttons. Otherwise, the game was worth $3.99.

Good game

Although these games are getting to expensive & I am not buying as many as I used to, this was a good game. I have given less stars based on the price & the length of the game. Way too short -even with the bonus game.

Oh yeah!

A truly great game. I'm not one to worry about customizing the hints etc. I love the challenge of 'seek and find' if you will. The map was great and easy to follow, the storyline had a nice follow-through. The variety of the hos made a nice change. Loved looking for the bells, it sometimes took a while to find each one, but it was big ole whoop-di-doo when I found each one - don't take much to float my boat does it.

Wonderful to look at

Love! this show!

Much more fun than I thought it would be. I enjoyed the wonderful back drop.

A good game, but not a great game. Many HOP's are the same scene used over again, a sign of a lazy crew. Music did not always fit the mood of the scene. The Bells were a nice touch, but several were hidden behind other objects, and so tiny any player with a few years in their plate would need a magnifying glass to get them all. One was hidden at the upper corner nearly behind the "X". The plot was a little thin, and lagged in a few places. However, even with all of these little negatives, I give it a 3+ (4), because it has rapid transfer from scene to scene, and a nice hop to the needed location.

My biggest issue was how short the game was, even with the *bonus. I like the mini-games where you have to find whatever the image is IF, and that is a big IF, they actually made the object recognizable. Map was good. Fun to play if it's on sale.

Great Game

I love the graphics and the storyline. This is one of the better Big Fish games. It's not like most of the others.
