Wow, Ive only scratched the surface, doing beginners section only, and feel great. Videos are gentle and clear, and i after a couple tries i can just follow by listening, not having to watch. Excited to continue to improve and move forward in the videos. Truly great app!

Though I do not do yoga on a daily basis, the quotes in this app are more for enlightened people. I love seeing the notification that my daily quote is available. The quotes are thought provoking and sometimes make you think deep about the subject. The app is easy to use also.
