Basic and safe exercises that work major and minor muscles. The videos are easy to follow and show proper poses and moves. You can set reminders and it tracks burned calories by day and week. The entire series features classic old school moves that net real results. I love it.

I love this app. I use it for a quick leg workout and especially when it's raining outside and I can't run outside. I also use it in conjunction with the Butt, Arm, and Ab apps for a good overall toning experience
