It won't load. Uninstalled twice. Tried everything but nothing works. ????????????????

Fustrated customer!

It should not take a half an hour to load these puzzles onto my I pad. I waited 15 minutes while it was at 90%. I loved the images that was displayed while the game was loading and wished I could put a puzzle together. I will try to download at a later time if it won’t take a half hour plus to download!!
