Advertisements embarrassing — need an ad free pay version

I keep getting caught in an uncomfortable situation when I open this app to silently read a devo in a doctor’s office waiting room or some other quiet situation and an ad with audio pops up. The advertisement won’t let you exit for a few seconds until you’ve watched part of the ad. The devotionals are great, but I rarely use this app anymore because of the advertisements. I searched again today for a paid version that would be ad free, but still it does not exist. Please offer an ad free version because the devotionals are worthy of it.

I have been using this app for 4 years now and I really do enjoy it. It’s a simple little devotion to get you through the day one in the morning and one at night and even has a reminder. When I first got this app years ago there wasn’t one ad now every time you press something there’s an ad that is why I give it 4 starts instead of 5. I will still continue to use this app but I feel people won’t be crazy about the amount of adds

Would easily give this a 5 star, however, the ads that pop up drop my score by 3. I will be searching for a new app; nothing is more frustrating then having to wait for an ad to play a minimum of two times while trying to read a devotional. It takes away from the reading and causes frustration.

STOP ILLEGAL ALIENS NOW In all capital letters. I’ve been using this app for years, It’s been uplifting and encouraging to read the devotionals through hard times. Today, and Ad popped up,With the above words, asking me to sign up. Now I would assume that someone on the backend working this app has to approve these ads that they promote. It’s very discouraging to see that even so-called Christians are this heartless and ignorant. Don’t you know that The word of God in more than just a few places cause us to look after the widow, the orphan, and the foreigner? These are the most destitute people, the people that require sympathy, empathy, and help the most. The word of God doesn’t call us to help these people just to fill-in a paragraph in the Bible. And as a Christian, who believes we were all made in gods image, how can you be OK with demonizing and Dehumanizing these people who are in need like this?

Nice devotions but you have to watch too many ads. I want God’s word in the morning. Not Trump surveys or mini commercials. Just an encouraging word from God to start my day.

The content is ok although I’ve come across several grammatical errors and lots of repeat messages. The ads though. So. Many. Ads. You’ll have just finished watching one that’s way too long to justify for the one sentence bible verse that you get to read after it’s done. It’s finally over so you can go read your daily verse, you click on that and BAM another ad pops up. It’s really ridiculous.

I agree that the ads are very annoying and in your face, especially the political ads! I will not recommend this app to anyone. I love the verses, but please, get rid of the unpleasant and worldly ads.
Problem with the app

When I opened the app this morning around 10:00am the screen didn’t open up it stayed black and it’s still black now at 1:00pm. What’s the problem? Can someone please fix it. Yes! I’m having the same problem. It’s 2:32 and the screen is still black. Is somebody fixing it? What’s really going on with this app? The screen is black like it was yesterday. I’ve been checking it since 9:30am. Is somebody working on it? It is now 7:02pm, is somebody gonna fix the problem?
