This app is such a blessing. As a full-time working mother of 3 young children, it is very hard to carve out time each day to read the Bible - but this app makes it possible. Each day on the way home from work, I listen. It truly helps me refocus on what is important after a long stressful workday. Thank you to the creators of this app. May God bless you as you touch so many lives!

This app and Brian's ministry are a way of life. I have listened for over 3 years and very much now feel part of the community. So much so that I donate to his ministry. He is a down to earth humble guy and I enjoy listening to him. My wife and kids are a little freaked out by his voice and that cracks me up. Too funny my.... I am just an ordinary guy, surf bum and airline pilot whose life has been changed by this ministry. It takes discipline to listen everyday but after a few months, you will look forward to it everyday!!!!

I Love DAB!

I have learned so much about the Bible from using this app. Brian's mini sermons and/or historical lectures and the end of the daily readings are special little bonuses that help deepen my faith and expand my knowledge of Biblical history. One time, DAB was part of a one minute Bible read worldwide. One could sign up to get their own special verse to read, and when that minute in time came, people all over the world read their verse, and the whole Bible was read out loud in one minute. I was on an airplane at the time, but still read my verse (quietly!) It was quite an experience and very powerful! I really love this app, and love all that the DAB team does!

Crashes at the start

This is the best app... Until a update came out. I can't listen to it unless I turn off all of my other stuff because it crashes. I have saved files from 2,3 years ago but I can't listen to them. So what I'm trying to say is if the creators fix the crash I'll use the app more because I love this app but it does not work anymore.

I like to go back and read the daily scripture but most of the time I’m not able to scroll thru it. It’s as if the page gets stuck. And my check marks keep disappearing too.

Crashes and foul ups more frequent now

I hate to agree with the person giving low stars, but I must. They have not had it running right for weeks. I’ve been listening regularly for more than 7 years. This is the longest it’s ever been out of sync. It is a valuable ministry with pretty much solid commentary, I hate it being frustrating. Today it just won’t connect at all.

I wanted to listen to the Bible at the end of my work day. It is a great way to hear the word of God. Some nights I listen to it a few times and other nights just once (tired). Brian introduces each book with a short history/back ground and ties it all together. His voice inflections give life to each person of the Bible. If you do in depth Bible study, Daily Audio Bible is a great adjunct, and if this 20-30 minutes a day is your only time in the word it is a great blessing!
