I’ve been using this app for years and now all of a sudden i can’t edit my photos. I pick the photo from my camera roll and the screen stays blank. I can take a pic and see it but can’t edit it. I loves this app and has given it 4 stars now i have to give you guys 1. Sorry. Hope you guys fix this issue soon. No other app out like you guys.

Used to be my favorite app. Now it will not allow you to select a photo to edit. It doesn't respond. Beyond frustrating. And all the adds are obnoxious. So very disappointed.

I have been using Cymera for years now! I have recommended the app countless times to friends and family over the course of those years. Cymera has always been my favorite photo editing app, hands down! I’ve even spent money occasionally for a special filter or feature! Suddenly, it stopped working. I can’t edit photos, it just takes you back to the gallery. Out of nowhere, it stopped working. I read another comment exactly like this from early October but I see you never responded to that person’s complaint either so I’m left to believe you either don’t know what’s wrong or don’t care enough to fix it and either way, you’re leaving your users in the dark as to why the app no longer works. I am SO frustrated because I have loved this app. Now I can’t use it and you’re not indicating that you’re trying to fix this!!!

I used to love this app! I’ve had it for years and even bought a few filter and light packs. All have disappeared and so has my account. In fact, I can’t even log in to the app. I’m only giving one star because no stars isn’t an option.
Filters are gone!

The new update seems to have made all my filters disappear and everytime I try to download any of the filter packs it'll get but then keeps on getting cancelled. No bueno!

I actually really loved the fact no other app I came across with had a personal account photo storage system. The one within cymera was the best that bested storage photo application today. It was a shame this unique feature had to be removed eventually. I really loved it and used it frequently. I don't really understand why the removal of this feature which made the application stand out in the first place has been removed from service. If there's ever a future where they'll bring this feature up again (I don't really bother about the public photos, all I really cared was the ability to store and log out to save memory so this app was very nice to support that option loading up to 10 photos as once) It was the best thing in the app itself like another Facebook but more simpler, creative, and engaging. I would rate this 5 stars if it had it back; I will say I miss it.
