Mindless spinning

Kpasa70

Only tried it once so far, but it was cool. Played music from my playlist and I just got to spin to the beat. Did repeat songs, but I just skipped. Look forward to using it again.

Full version

Why isn't the full version working!

Great app!!!

Thank you for such a wonderful app. I am just hoping that in the future it will get even better!! Perhaps could include the rpm and the beats specifications for each intensity. Any word in a similar program for running??

Not bad for a free app

Provided a good workout would be nice to be able to modify the length of the workout and if it had more workout variations. Also upon completing the workout it asked if I wanted to tweet it...nah... but then it said it would save to my history...but I can't find my history?? :(

Does what you need it to do!

Has like 3 workouts pre-programmed in there, i.e. 8x 3 min high intensity, 2 min low intensity, 60 min workout. Works with Pandora running simultaneously, which is perfect because I don't have any playlists on my iPhone right now. If you have or want your own music, you can go on your computer, make specific playlists for different portions of your workout, and sync it with the app. For example, slow song playlist for cooldown, and fast, upbeat playlist for high intensity intervals. Pretty cool feature! There is a lady who gives audio cues so you know when to do what without looking at your phone. Definitely an awesome app, now I don't have to worry about missing spin class anymore, I can do it on my own!

Now I don't have to wait for class

Love this app used it twice so far got a good workout both times. Now when I miss spin class I can still get a good bike workout. I might just upgrade to full version in the future.

50 minutes and I sweat just fine!

Glow time

Just bought a stationary stand to pop in my outdoor bicycle so I can sort of spin at home when I cannot get out. ( With 3 young kids it's not always easy to leave them for an hour to workout.) I set up my bike in the garage while my kids were playing in the yard. I found this free app to test out with my new rig. It is very basic but it did the trick and I enjoyed myself. It took all my music stored in my iPhone that i had previously purchased, and timed the song with the intensity level. A 50 minute preset workout included some high medium and low intensities, along with a cool down. At the beginning of each new level, a little bell rings and then a voice announces the kind of intensity to do. If you are looking at the screen it tells you how many minutes for each section. I know the program has even more options but for what I want, which is an hour of cardio to music I like, it was perfectly fine and easy.

Motivating

Got a great workout! Keeps you from getting bored!

Good app

Ringerlady

Overall a good app. Pretty basic interval stuff but it works, it's free, and one can use for other cardio besides spin.

Love this app

Exactly what I was looking for. Music can be turned off if you watch tv while spinning, so you just hear the bell and the voice telling you what intensity.
