App won't even load

I've had to delete the app and then download it again but it doesn't work. Why change something that was working for everyone?!

I appreciate having the cw seed app to watch all the free shows with ads but the app constantly crashes and closes as soon as I try to stream an episode. I deleted and reinstalled the app multiple times to no avail.

I can’t find new shows of whose line is it anyway. Frustrating to use this app.

I like the app and I do enjoy watching my TV shows. But when I stop watching them then I go back to it I never could find out where I’m at the app doesn’t let you know where you’re at in the series.

Can you fix this please?

I was so excited when I found this app and saw that Moonlight was on it. I watch a few episodes and then had to go somewhere. So I come back expecting to be able to watch my show, but every time I click on the episode, it buffers for a second and crashes! So mad! Please fix this!

Hard to find current show and episode

There is no indication of what you have watched or what has been watched already which makes extremely hard to find the show I want to watch and the specific episode.

Got hooked on Moonlight and mid through the season can’t get the episodes to play. You click on the show and it just closes the app. So frustrating, sent multiple messages to complain and nothing.

Won't even allow me to update

I have an older iPad and every time I get in the app it tells me to download the newest update and won't allow me to do anything until I due. Every time it directed me to App Store it never showed an update option. So I deleted it and redownloaded it, told me not compatible update to older version so I did. I get back to the app and it takes me right back to the App Store. All these updates are getting ridiculous. They are ruining perfectly good apps. Please go back to your last version. This 2.0 version is worthless.

Crashing app needs fixing

App would be good if they maintained and FIXED the broken parts. Doesn’t consistently work. I keep trying to play a video, but the app crashes once I click on the video. Looks like it will play, but never loads and crashes. It worked several days ago, so not sure why it’s not now. This normally happens when you stop in the middle of a video and try to resume it later. The video just crashes the app. So if you’re planning on watching something, make sure you reserve time to watch it or keep the app open with the video on pause. Otherwise be prepared to not have access to the video again. I refuse to watch the rest of The Secret Circle until I get thru that one episode.

Anytime I try to open a video the app closes. I really do not like the new update at all the old system worked just fine. Please, please fix this.
