The game is entertaining when it works. Features within the game are almost always failing to do what they are suppose to be doing. Population within game is dropping fairly fast as a result.
Completely ripped off but could have potential to make things different

Yeah. . I knew this would be the second rip off but this kinda just appeared out of no where really so the only thing I can do is say " Yes it's a rip off of a game that wasn't continued but STILL playable called cutie riot, If there could be more difference I might return to see some new genres. " But at the moment, if you wanna play this game, I'd go for the original. ( Cutie riot )

I am very happy this is back Idc if they say it’s a rip off I missed this game so much and I’m glad it’s back this game has been with me ever since cutie riot came out so if it’s gonna be taken down again please make another one and I’d like to be posted about it please
Issues soooo many issues
No money alway broke
The i overall layout of the game is not bad but there are so many technical issues. Something always stops working or server goes down or just cant log on period. Tech support is lacking, there is a mediator that always makes excuses on how this is not her job and has a personal life. Nothing gets resolved quickly but the try and compensate with really bad gift most of the time. In short, the game is good and well laid out but tech support is lacking.

Game has moved apps like three times now, and you can never get your purchases back. I played this previously as Cutie Riot. Spent a LOT of money on it, and one day my app crashed and when I logged in I could no longer restore my account. Reached out to customer support, they did nothing and blamed it on me. I continued to play nice and tried to retrieve my account for...say 1 month? All of a sudden the app disappeared. Zilch. Nada. Gone into thin air, no idea where it went. Now I see it a long while later rebranded, new name same everything else, was interested, went on to check. Asked around, and it seems nothing has changed. Said my thank yous and deleted the game. Farewell, Cutie whatever your name will be, you will not be missed. TL;DR : ADDICTIVE GAME, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING OR REACH OUT TO CUSTOMER SUPPORT THOUGH LOL
How can I get everything back?

I’m afraid to ask the question because I’m afraid someone is going to answer ‘tough luck’, but I need to know. I logged back in using my original login info, and, well, lost ALL progress I made in the original ‘Cutie Riot’ game... I mean, my cutie roster, jewels I had... EVERYTHING! In one of the posts it was mentioned all account information was transferred to this game, so how come when I logged back I got NOTHING? And now I have to start from the beginning, AGAIN?! UPDATE- I was able to solve the issue, and got all my content back. I noticed that, while I was using the correct login info, I was logging into a server different from the one I logged into when I originally played ‘Cutie Riot’. When I found that server, and then logged in, I recovered ALL my content.
No support, dying game

The game is over run with cheaters, and the developers don’t do anything to fix issues that are always popping up. I have played this game for YEARS, and there is no reason to keep playing other than the friends that I have made in that time. A total waste of time and money now.
