This company likes to scam their customers. They change their delivery dates when you don’t receive your items on the delivery date you were originally supposed to receive your items. Just be careful shopping with this company. The same goes for their sister company Wish. Thank you for your time. ?

i ordered brushes almost a month ago and i emailed them asking if they could give me an update on my package twice and they are completely ignoring my emails.

This app is the worst shopping app by far. I love the cheap prices but I have been waiting for my items long over 3 months. When trying to contact support I get a few options that don’t really help and contacting support does nothing. I WANT MY MONEY BACK and at this point I don’t even want my items.

You will either wait half a year for your package to come in or you’ll just never receive it, I even forget the things I’ve order because they take too long to arrive and the app doesn’t let you request a refund they simply tell you to wait till another arrival date then when it still doesn’t arrive they give you a new date to wait for but they never offer you a refund! I’ve been waiting 3 months on a measly pair of earring like come on eBay arrives quicker then that ?
