I tried to create a new one due to me moving and I wasn’t able to because all it says to log back in no option to create a new one

My card came right on time, I activated it and everything. I just need to setup the direct deposit from my job, but before I went on and did that, I saw there was an option to connect your bank account. Long story short, I couldn’t find my bank as an option to link the accounts together. I use Ace Flare by MetaBank. Please help me out, I’d be very thankful!
