You have to have a bank account at somewhere else in order to even add funds, defeats the entire point of a MOBILE BANKING APP

Downloaded the app and the first thing I see that’s important is a fee. You have to pay per month to get your direct deposit faster amongst other services that are free with other banking systems. Considering free fast direct deposit is usually the main perk with these online banks, paying for it is dumb. Chime is free and N26 is free. This bank needs to get with the program!

There’s no possible way to sign up I tried phone number and email but still can’t make an account I even stopped using the app and went online and still couldn’t sign up don’t waste your time with this app use cash app instead.
