Since the new ownership and “upgrad” I cannot access anything. Customer support has been unhelpful. I’m subscribed and will be asking for a refund if we cannot get access soon!

Lots of problems logging in requiring a phone call. Frustrating

I like that there is a lot of varied content available (games, books, videos, etc) for my 4 year old and I like the idea that there is a parent section that shows me how much time she’s spending on each activity, but ALL of her time is spent on games. I really wish there was a way to control how much time was spent doing certain things, like Amazon Freetime. For instance, play games AFTER reading books, or limiting the time for games. That would make this app a real winner.

The other one star reviews on here are correct half the time you can’t download the games or play dumb over any type of data connection. Zero customer support. Tried restoring the app about 10 times and deleting and restoring the app. Worthless piece of junk and the programmers should find new jobs.

Like many other subscribers mentioned, there is a flaw in the app, been a subscriber, and yet it says sign up, my child is unable to use the app. App makes one go in circle and no solution, very frustrating!!!!!!!

Same as all the other bad reviews. My son really liked the app. And now we can't log in. Keeps asking if I am an adult and to put in my age and the only years it show is in the 10,000 BE there is no way to reset the password to log in

This app isn't free. They trick you into downloading it because it says free. You get ZERO content until you pay a monthly subscription. Oh, and their content is just rebranded YouTube garbage. Cool fake 5 star reviews though. Don't even give them a download statistic.

I saw an iTunes charge show up and asked my wife about it. She thought it was a free trial. I've already been charged. Only way to cancel is to call in, but I've yet to get connected with anyone when I call. Looked at app and it was slow and clunky. Other kids apps we use are smoother/faster and easier to navigate ( both free and paid apps). Tired of messing with it. I will be disputing the charges via my CC co.

At fist I really liked this app, my son was engaged and liked all the different games and videos and books. After watching him play the "make an outfit" game im a little annoyed. At the age of 2 he doesn't understand what's going on, but I noticed no matter what outfit my child makes the person trying it on is never pleased with it!! What is that teaching?!?! That you can be creative but other people won't be pleased no matter what you do??? I'll probably be investigating the rest of the app before I let him play anymore.
