Broken purchase restoration

My kids used to love this app, but recently has stopped working. Like many others no longer gives me access to the additional areas that I already paid for. In-app restore purchase function not working.

I purchased additional zones but they are gone and cannot be restored. My kid wants to do them but cant and i refuse to pay again. I can't find any options for feedback or support in the app. So frustrating!
