Don’t waste your time I had the app 5 mins did one survey for the profile didn’t get my points and they locked my account this was the first time I ever used the app what a joke

I been a user of this app for the past 3 years and I’ve enjoyed everything about it up until my account was locked all of a sudden, the app asks you to contact customer support. No problem doing that but YOU WILL NEVER GET A REPLY, EVER! The developers will reply to this review faster than any email. I’ve even tried messaging them via Facebook Messenger thinking it would be quicker, NOPE! Still no reply. I’ve been more than patient, like 2 in a half months patient. Even if they have a lot of emails they could be more professional when it comes to handling these things. I haven’t done anything fraudulent, this really made me less of a fan of curious app and I will be reporting it.

I downloaded this app last year to make a few extra bucks for a concert trip I was going on. I made around $25 in just a few days. It might not seem like a lot but money adds up! However, I’ve tried using this app multiple times over the last few months and none of the surveys work anymore. It’ll either close me out and say I don’t qualify for it at the very beginning, or it’ll let me get until the very end and do it. I’m super disappointed because this is one of the only apps that have ever worked well for me.

I actually really liked this app when I first started using it. But I can longer complete any surveys. I’m not sure what Survey routers they are using, but I don’t qualify for any of them. It’s the one with the red and green circle that spins after answering like 4 questions. I immediacy get a page that tells me I’m disqualified. And I don’t even get the 1 can’t thanks for trying penny. This app is awful now. I don’t know what you guys have done, but you need to find a new survey router. Because what’s the point when you can’t use the app.

I signed up with the Curious Cat app a few months ago before the virus. I have taken surveys on many different websites in the past but many of the good websites I’ve used over the years have gone & left or turned bad. I decided to go with the curious cat because they payout through PayPal after earning around $1 which can usually be completed in 1-2 surveys and it worked well on your phone. You could earn $5 a day or sometimes $10-20 a day if you put more time into it. They also rewarded you 1¢ whenever you got disqualified from a survey. Unfortunately, the curious cat has changed for the worst in the last couple months. I don’t know what they did, but now there are less surveys available, the surveys don’t load half the time, the available surveys aren’t refreshed as often, and now you get disqualified almost all the time! They also did change it so the surveys don’t go in your internet browser anymore, but rather stay on the app which is bad because half the surveys need you to open a new window for it to work and you can’t if you’re only on the app! They also got rid of the 1¢ disqualification bonus! That’s half the reason I joined this app! Now it’s way harder to earn money and because of it I don’t really go on here anymore. They sometimes will disqualify you at the end after completing the entire survey also which is something that many of the bad shady survey websites do. If they were smart they’d realize that 1¢ is a small price to pay to keep users motivated & interested so that more surveys can be completed faster so that they’d earn more money from the companies who buy the surveys by selling surveys faster and the users would earn more money. A win, win situation for everybody! Unfortunately, until they go back to their old ways I would not recommend their app. They still pay through PayPal so they are legit but they have gotten cheap and changed things around the screw around with the users. I will hang onto this app for now and I will update my review if things get changed for the better, but I can’t guarantee I’ll be on here taking surveys much, if at all anymore.

Why are there so many surveys at once I cannot tell witch one I have already done. I love the app I think it’s great. Keep up the good work. Just why so many surveys at once. Just asking. But it’s cool many people are loving probably.

I’ve tried this app because I’ve read a lot of good review that is legit because I’ve been scammed multiple times and I am hoping I could make evens pennies here!! But after I sign up and do stuff that I needed to do as a newbie it makes me take just 1 survey which is about me!! And after 3 weeks I never had another survey to answer! I don’t receive new survey!! I still figure things out and keep looking at it every time but it’s still the same hope someone can answer me!!

WAS KINDA LOOKNG FOrward to using this app and seeing what it was really about but when I tried to signup and then verify my account it ended up locking me out and I sent an email to the app creators but I’m baffled by this. How can I verify anything if I get automatically locked out of the app for absolutely no reason at all. I’m willing to try again if the issue is fixed and to leave a better review. Thanks
