Level lost after upgrade

Game is cool but it is frustrating to face level 1 again after every upgrade!!! Please find the way to keep level data without any logins to social networks!

Fun game but all the adds ruin it. Just make it a paid app and get rid of the *$)#’&## adds.

I love this game been playing it for years!!! Come back to it over and over sometimes at least five and six times a day! The frustration part comes in about three weeks ago I allowed my grandson to play it so I had the cloud game with all my high levels I have beaten and gotten passed and then there’s the device game that is lower levels just started recently... anyway the grandson went to the lower level and I cannot get back to my cloud game!!! I even asked for technical support but nothing has changed they usually ask which game do you want to login to but for some reason I have not had that luck as of yet and I feel stressed about it...!!! I miss my hard levels I don’t want to start all over... and suggestions PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME !!! Don’t remember the numbers but the name is the same ?

It’s so annoying that ad start playing right after game starts. I can’t quit the game cuz I lose one life. Smart of developer to inject ad like that but very shady to force us to watch ad like that without giving us any rewards.

Fun game but needs more

I play several games in this genre and Cupcake Mania is one of the more boring versions because it doesn’t have any opportunities to earn gems or join tournaments - Candy Blast Mania is much more exciting and fun to play - keeps you coming back for more. Disappointed they haven’t updated Cupcake Mania to keep up with others.

Very frustrating when game freezes and videos don't load... WHAT IS THE PROBLEM WITH THE VIDEO FOR EXTRA BONUSES. SOME KIND OF VIDEO THAT EITHER DOESN’T LOAD OR IS NEVER ENDING?!!!

Fixes needed

New to RA

Very frustrating to be unable to watch videos for earning extra tickets since rewards are based on tickets earned. Also, frustrating to lose gems buying extra lives because the option pops up too quickly and gives you no choice to cancel. Otherwise, great and challenging game. Three months later, problems regarding videos not loading is still an issue?
