Created account online & app continues to say invalid username. Waste of 30 minutes of my life I will not get back. Stay away

Every time I load the card with money I have to delete the app and reload it to get my balance. I keep getting a error notice stating it history fail.

•UPDATE• After posting the review below the app began to work again, now I have the same problem. "Get history failed" please fix your app Used to always work. I loaded cash on the card in person the other day and now it just says "Get History Failed." And doesn't have a current balance on my card. Please help

Once you load money into the card you can't check the history because it fails. So you have to call. I need that fixed.
