So horrifyingly great

I’m not a huge fan of horror games, but the puzzle aspect drew me to this series. It’s full of unexpected twists, and surprising jump scares. I would recommend this to anyone who loves mysteries.

Great art, original storyline, moments of confusion and clarity. Thank you to all who have created this series of games, and for the free cube ones. I did not mind paying full price for the ones that did cost, and encourage others to do so, to aid in the creation of all the free content. It is what art should be, so free, some paid, your choice. Great job! Thank you.

For a free storyline puzzle game, this series is exceptionally good. These short puzzles games have storylines all linked together. Content warning spoiler below: CW: for persons to whom this is applicable, there is a dead fetus in this game. It comes out of nowhere and is unexpected, I am assuming put in for shock value. For people for whom, this is a trigger, be forewarned! For everyone else, enjoy your dead baby. I ranked this as 4 stars instead of 5 because the sudden unexpected appearance of a dead fetus can be a huge trigger for players who have experienced miscarriages.

BEST PHONE GAME EVER

I first saw cube escape on ihascupquake’s YouTube video and I loved it. Since then I’ve played every single game that rusty lake has made. I would recommend all the games to everyone because it is so good. If you enjoy eerie games and puzzles then I 10/10 recommend you to play all of them. It may take you a long time to figure out some of the puzzles but it’s so worth it!!!

i’ve played seasons and the mill so far after playing paradox and though i also enjoyed the mill, this one is my favorite so far, probably because i liked the ambiance of the theatre (reminded me even more of a lynchian vibe!) as well as the different acts. can’t stop playing cube games !!!

I can’t play a piano ?

I was really enjoying the unique story until I got to the piano. “Dead face” means nothing to me. Are these letters for the notes? Even after watching the walkthrough, there’s no way I can remember which keys —lots of them— to play. Bummed.

I just wrote a review panning the game because I thought the game had lost my progress. Come to find out it was me. My bad. Enjoy this game a bunch and now that I know how to drill down one step I’m sure I will continue to like solving it. Recommend it to anyone.
