When I get to a certain point in the first level, it just gives up every time and says I have to scan it again, how does that make sense! Can someone tell me what I’m doing wrong! Please!

I got this app hoping that it would finally help me to solve my Rubix cube. It was working well until it asked for a dollar to finish. I personally think that nobody should pay that money but I was desperate at that point so I bought it. But after I got it, it still said I had not gotten it and whenever I tried to tap ok to buy it nothing would happen ????. This game is a ripoff and honestly you would be better off just taking the cube apart and putting it back together (I’ve done that before and it works).
