Description is just not true - navigation will cost you extra $20 in-app purchase. Apple - wake up! Bottom line - don't even bother!

Just a blank screen, then it demands that you upgrade. Reinstalling does not help.

Hi, The app was locked when I was in Cuba and because there is no internet in Cuba I was stack.
