Horrible customer service.

One of the worst customer service teams I’ve ever dealt with. This rating is based on the customer service, not the app, as I haven’t used it. I got a push notification for a FREE 3 Day Trial. I opened it and agreed and I was charged for a month, $99.99. This pop up for the free trial was very misleading. I contacted them on Facebook (where it says to contact them on the site) and they completely ignored me. I also messaged them in the app on their Live Chat. They ignored me fore three days with three messages. I canceled the $99 subscription as soon as I was charged. In the live chat they finally responded saying, “You can cancel via iTunes.” I told them I already did that and wanted a refund because I just wanted to sign up for the free 3 day trial. They’ve completely ignored my messages since. Not happy with their customer service and nobody should sign up for the “Free” trial. Horrible.

Cryptosignal is a cute app with its daily signals and year-to-date performance of some of the most popular cryptos. What immediately stands out is the accurate outperformance. They saw the crypto market crash coming and supported me via this rollercoaster. Their support, tips, and advice of “not panicking” helped me to swim through this crush and to come out as a winner. Now my investments brought me back my winning 30% and I continue buying Bitcoins at 10k range. Kudos to the team

Needless to say, this app tops my best apps list. Created by great team, this cryptocurrency app is the first in the market and has far surpassed my expectations. It works with my favorite Bittrex exchange and offers services once or twice or more each day. While downloading the app you are getting an option to subscribe to 1 month, 3 months, or 12 months, it’s not free but completely pays itself almost immediately. Really worth the subscription.

Wonderful app. Shame some users do not understand its concept. This app is only for those of us who know about finance and investments. When market crushes we should get stronger as a community and continue supporting each other and investing into already low market and wait till the chart goes back up. Thank you crypto app for supporting us during this difficult for crypto world time and for making us financially stronger. After being your subscriber for 1 month I am subscribing to 12 months pe
