Freezes up

I deleted it. Kept freezing up for me.

Most of the time it takes forever to load. Don't do it by month cause it will timeout or just stop loading. Example: I tired for 3 hours and could not get past the date of the18th in May 2020. On top of that, if you open to view a cruise and then close that cruise view, it starts you all over. If you go out of the app for more than 30 sec, it starts you all over. Very frustrating and removing the app.

App is ok but company is surprisingly good

The app can be a little cumbersome at times, but I just booked a cruise for almost $600 less than what AAA offered me! Their website works better than the app. I’ll definitely be booking with them from now on!

No se puede utilizar en Puerto Rico ya que no lo incluyen en la parte de Estados porque no somos Estados. No podemos seleccionar la parte de no residentes de E.U. porque somos residentes, por lo tanto esta aplicación no sirve en Puerto Rico a menos que la arreglen.

Loved this app until I upgraded to new iPhone and it’s not compatible for iPhone 8 and the iOS 11.3.1. I hope you all get it fixed soon so I can give you 5 stars.

Very easy to use, I love that I can add cruises to my favorites and than sort through just the ones I liked. The easiest way to plan a vacation, hands down! If you don’t use this, you are missing out!

Works for searching specific ports of call

It’s not terribly intuitive and this app is buggy, but it does allow you to search for cruises that stops at ports you want to visit. Most only allow you to search on embarkation port. Another star off, because when I repeat an identical search some of the cruises that appear the first time have disappeared. I’m talking within minutes.

.....but not disappointed. Skye was amazing. Answered her phone or called back right away. Emailed back just as quick. Follow thru was spot on. From start to finish it took 4 days.

I liked the app. Problem is it's crashing all the time now. I save a few cruises to favorites. But everytime I go to check them lately it just crashes the app. Please get this fixed.
