Good but needs lapscape

This was a fun crossword app, but the lack of landscape mode made it killed it. I’ve seen the dev replies stating they cannot figure out how to make that work, but for iPads it’s necessary.

I do crosswords daily and have several apps across multiple platforms. This is hands down the best crossword app I have seen. Maneuvering and word entry is simple and straightforward. The multiple help/hint levels are easily adjustable and will be useful for those who wish to train up for higher levels of difficulty. The puzzles provided are well done and cover multiple levels of difficulty. The free version requires one to view an add after every puzzle, but the price for a non-ad upgrade is reasonable. It works on all iOS platforms and even on the small screen of an iPhone X is easy to read and use.
So many spelling errors

I love this app but the spelling errors are frustrating. Mellor’s puzzles have the most errors. Plus their feedback link only works if you use the mail app so there’s no way to give feedback other than through review

The clues are difficult to connect with answers. Some of the supposed answers are not word in the dictionary or on Google. Cathy

Fantastic game. So many free puzzles to choose from in all different levels that I can’t imagine needing to buy new ones for a long time, but the add on packs are very reasonably priced! The ads were irritating but I had no problem paying $5 as much as I’ve been loving this app. It’s very intuitive and I love that it tells you when you have a letter wrong without giving you the whole answer. All in all I highly recommend this app.

So far this is the best crossword app I’ve found. I (mostly) enjoy everything about it, however I do have one complaint that does become irritating for me during game play and that is not being able to turn the screen to landscape to fit my iPad, which is why I only gave four stars. Please make an iPad version so users can turn their screens to either portrait OR landscape and I’ll give this app 5 stars for sure! Thank you!
