Arrow Words Free is a classic crossword app with a useful twist. In arrow words puzzles, the clues are shown right in the puzzle grid, making them easy to view and play on the iPad screen.

This lovingly produced app includes 40 all-new Arrow Words puzzles in 4 levels. Easier levels use simpler words and a smaller grid, perfect for a short break. Entertaining & challenging. I wish the sound could be muted though without having to shut off the volume of my iPad

This game can be hard to put down, yet at the end you're not told if you make mistakes. Maybe during the game a help option could be added..."show mistakes" so that they would light up.

Makes me think and passes the time. The clues could be clearer, as someone else said, but some clues aren't in the right context.

It is a great puzzler, and I love that I can request help with a word or a letter. I'm not a fan of the fact that it is limited, ie: only let's you play three of each level before running out of puzzles. It is challenging, which I enjoy, but the clues are not always used in the proper context, or need context.
