I've written several reviews, but this is the first time I've given this game a one star rating. Your most recent fix has made the game crash every couple of minutes. I don't understand why this continues to be a constant problem.

Sound for the letters does not work. The game keeps dropping out. The time on the games is not stopping or correct. The game hesitates a lot.

What’s up with the constant crashing. It’s so annoying and frustrating but I still like to play the game.

Just down loaded new update on 1/14/18, they took ALL my credits away. Also, the keyboard has been enlarged too big and when when you complete a word, they don’t give you credits anymore! Keeps knocking me offline! Beware don’t download this game!
