Idk if others are having tho problem but I know that my full sized video should fit perfectly in the box with the white borders on the sides, but when I go to upload the video onto my Instagram it saves as if the video wasn’t reduced to fit and I only see half of the picture displayed. Anyway you could fix this?

I have reset my phone and reinstalled the app and paid for the upgrade and every video saves nothing but green. No video or sound! I want my money back!

I manage my workplace's social media pages, and I bought this app to be able to fit a Boomerang video on Instagram. I paid the 0.99¢ to remove the watermark. Upon saving the video, it saved to my camera roll as a blank green screen. The video was not there. Total rip off and I am highly upset and unimpressed. Not worth your time or money!

App won’t crop video properly. Every time I go to save it, the video is turned upside down? I paid for pro just to delete the app 5 minutes later.
