Watermark problems

I got this app because I had some videos with watermarks I needed to get rid of. If you’re going to makes cropping app don’t put a watermark on it. I still don’t have an app to crop the watermarks out, so this just wasted my time.

Every time I try to download and open the app it just immediately closes?? I don’t know why this app even has 5 Stars, they’re probably mostly fake reviews.

App won’t open on my phone and hasn’t been able to for about a week and a half. If I’m charged the monthly fee and unable to use the app I will be expecting a refund. Hopefully the app can be fixed.

This app was always great for me I got some money and decided to buy a subscription. But it doesn't work it said all inclusive but I can’t do anything and when I click to buy again it says I already bought it. Help please?
