All won’t work

Kh251

Cannot get the app to work. Gives me an error data message every time. Very aggravating.

Good app

S.mic

Never thought about a quick free hand cropping tool but I needed it today! Good app!

Saving

Bonzaijimmy

I just got this app. I cropped a picture from my gallery. Finished it but when I went to save it wouldn’t save it. Kept saying data unavailable. Don’t understand.

Was going to write the developer with my list of bugs, but I see this app was abandoned. ?

BinkyMelnik

Well, I get what I pay for, right? ? I found a 100% reproducible crasher bug and recorded every step required to reproduce it; doing a crop one way works, but the other, quicker way returns “Error: data unavailable”; the cropped photos I saved are NOT cropped (they’re unchanged!)*; and while looking for a way to contact the developer about this, I tried “More apps” and got a page that says, “An error occurred: a server with the specified hostname could not be found.” That’s how I ended up here, looking for a link to the developer so I could alert him to all the problems, when I spotted that the last rev was three years ago. It’s unavoidable that sometimes, apps are abandoned; there are plenty of good reasons for it. But to save the end user from frustration and irritability, it sure would be cool if developers started their app description with something like, “This app was abandoned [date], so it may not work with versions of the OS older than [iOS version].” That way, we’d know upfront that the possibility of problems occurring are higher than the average app, and that there’s no recourse, so to proceed with caution, or else look for another app. And if a time comes when the developer sees that the app either doesn’t work or works badly with the latest OS version, he could simply remove it from the store and save himself the inevitable hate spewn by rude and grouchy users who downloaded the app and found it to be anti-bueno, while saving the more polite users from the irritation of a non-working app. It looks as if it was a good app at one time, but that time’s now passed, and I need to hunt for another cropping app. I hope this review can save someone from the irritation I just spent an hour enduring. I also hope the developer found satisfaction (and success!) with whatever he turned to after Crop for Free. *I thought it was pretty funny that when I checked my newly-cropped images that they’d not been changed AT ALL, in spite of my having tapped “Save.” ? After all my hard work and aggravation, I didn’t end up with so much as a single cropped photo! ?

Don’t waste your time

UncleVinty

This is a buggy waste of program. And being ad-supported makes it completely unbearable (when that first ad clicked on and I had my headphones on, it totally blasted me)

What a piece of crap!

dododfjfbfjd

Crashes every so often and can’t even use it? Anytime you try to save picture it just says “Data Unavailable” too ?‍♂️

Awful

I don't want to do it

awful

Horrible.

hoalsjziks

This app is a horrible app. It doesn’t let me save my cropped photos and it is very hard to use. Don’t get this app!

Easy to use

cocobrown63

It was easy to use. I like this app

The cropping

The Bad Arse Alucard

The Beta cropping is ridiculous, because every time you tap to move something it adds ANOTHER little dot. there should just be a little add button when you use the mode. But other than that, solid app.
