Once upon a time there were no ads, now it is overcome with them. Not as much fun as before.
stop don’t change criminal case, I want to progress to the next Case

Why would you not allow players to continue progression to next game. The games are linked to Criminal Case, the storyline continues Players do not want to loose their stats or friends. I do not want to install the next game and begin all over. I’m ready to quit this came. Please fix the game so players will not loose their stats and can continue to the next adventure without starting from the beginning. I am at level 463. Doesn’t make since I should start at level.one to progress to the new adventure. No thanks, I quit.
Pets are not syncing

My pet feedings are not syncing between devices. Please fix. It’s been over a month since the pet feedings has stopped syncing between devices. Happened with this latest update. Fix it please.

They should give you a fairer percentage when you get stars. We got all 7 items in 12 seconds and got 23%. They should give us more energy or make the crime scenes a less amount of energy.

So many ads and then to opt out of them is $12 a month? Are you kidding me? 30 second ads every other play is excessive. Shame on you.

I used to love this game and play it way too much. Awhile back an update occurred and it wouldn’t keep me logged in with Facebook, I lost thousands of “gifts”, and now every time I try to log in, my energy bar empties to zero, whether or not I’ve played in hours/days.

Okay, first, I LOVVEEE crime shows. And this trait, starts here. This game when I saw an ad on it for the 97th time, I’m like “UGH. Fine I’ll try it out.” And OHHH. I’m glad I did. Just the detail and the story just ties together! The mysteries, there well made, and I can tell that a lot of effort was put into this! It entertains me a lot. Thank you for making this game!
