I am a Credit Union 1 customer and I'm happy to see the bank has finally joined the 21st century. The app description says you will be able to deposit checks but this feature is not on the app. Other banks allow their customers to take a photo of a check and deposit it wirelessly. I guess I'll have to wait another few years before I can do that...

This mobile banking app works great; but, there is no depositing of checks as stated in the description. It is easy to access and navigate through all of the accounts savings, checking, credit card, etc. One added feature would be to transfer funds from credit cards to other accounts, for example, from visa to checking. Also, there should be an option, as stated in the description, to deposit checks, since all smart phones have very good cameras. This app is a long time coming, it's pretty good.

I must be the first one to use this app. It's terrible, seriously I've been getting a system error message ALL day! I haven't even been able to successfully use it. What a waste. Fix it!

This app is not working for me. It gets up to the accept terms page and freezes each time. It's been a long time coming yet it still as a lot of kinks to work out.

Every time I log in the security question is "who is your best friend?" First of all I never set this as a security question. And I've never given them a list of my best friends. So I don't know what's going on here.. Maybe it's some kind of a trick question but either way it's been going on for a few weeks now and it's extremely annoying.

Update: The app now has mobile deposits! This saves me serious time and money (gas). I did have a bit of trouble like some others logging in with the latest version (i.e. asking me security questions that I hadn't ever answered), but I waited a few more days and they seem to have resolved those issues. Don't let those reviews keep you away! Original review: The app is easy to use, but comes a little late to the game and has limited functionality. It's easy to see your balances and activity, transfer money between your accounts, use bill pay, and find local branches and ATM's. But why can't I deposit a check like my USAA app? Honestly, that was the only feature that I was potentially excited about since that was the only feature that would save me time and money (gas). So the app is still useful, but not really a game changer.
